Individual Support Services
Individual Supports provide home and community supports for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who reside in their own homes or apartments. The program aims to help adults thrive while maintaining their independence and autonomy by creating personalized plans, fostering skill development, and supporting individuals in learning about and engaging with their community.
Eligibility:
- Adults aged 22 and older with disabilities who can live independently with support tailored to their individual needs
- Referred by DDS
Residential Support Services
Our Residential Services and Supports program provides housing options for adults with disabilities aged 22 and older who have been referred by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) for residential care.
Acquired Brain Injury
The Arc of Bristol County's Residential Services caters to adults with acquired brain injuries (ABI). This program aims to assist individuals currently residing in nursing or rehabilitation facilities in transitioning into the community. The acquired brain injury must have occurred after the age of 22.
