Our Home-Based Therapeutic Services Program provides intensive home based services to children with special health care needs through the age of 21.
This program is designed to enhance the independence of the child and the entire family.
All children with special health care needs who qualify for Medicaid are eligible for the service.
Our team of licensed clinicians, treatment coordinators, and specialized treatment staff will work closely with you to identify how we can work most effectively with both you and your child in your home to enhance your child’s skills as well as your ability to assist your child in their growth.
Our clinicians will work with you to establish an individualized therapeutic plan that specifically addresses goals that you and the clinicians develop together. Goals areas may include; but are not limited to:
Development or enhancement of:
- Successful Transitions from one situation to another
- Personal Care Skills such as eating and toilet training
- Social Skills
- Communication
- Addressing Challenging Behaviors
Parent Education and training in areas of need specific to your child
Our team of professional staff is available to you on an ongoing basis throughout the treatment period. We will work with you, your child’s school, and any other providers involved in their care.
