Family Support Center

Who We Are

Our Family Support Center provides support and resources to individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families. The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDS) provides funding for these services.

What We Do:

We believe that individuals and families know their needs best. Our Family Support Coordinators work closely with each person to understand their goals, vision, and needs, providing personalized support that truly fits their situation.

We take a team approach, bringing together families, communities, and service providers to work toward shared goals. Since needs and goals can change over time, we offer flexible support to adapt as needed.
